Ally Engineering Services, Inc. (Ally) is a Construction Engineering and Inspection Compa­ny based in Florida. We provide a range of services on Roadway and Bridge Construction Projects that includes Construction Inspection, Construction Project Management, Materials Sampling and Testing, Quality Control and Administration of State and Federal funded Local Municipality projects.

Ally is certified with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) as a Small Business. Our team includes veteran Profes­sional Engineers and Inspectors with extensive experience working on large Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build high-complexity construction projects for FDOT and Local Municipalities. Our team also has a unique specialized experience in administering and certifying Local Agency Program (LAP) and Small County Outreach Program (SCOP) Funded Roadway and Bridge Projects for Local Municipalities.
